hi, i’m amy.
I’m a physiotherapist, educator, business owner, and potsie myself!
Like many people navigating chronic illness, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to search for answers, sort through conflicting information, and try to understand what is happening within your body. I also know the impact that practical education, supportive healthcare, and the right tools can have on building confidence and improving quality of life.
Steady Path Education was created to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and lived experience.
My goal is to provide practical, evidence-informed education that helps individuals, families, and healthcare professionals better understand POTS, Dysautonomia, and related invisible illnesses.
about steady path education
-
Living with a chronic condition often means learning to navigate uncertainty.
Many people are left feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure where to turn for trustworthy information. Healthcare professionals can also find themselves wanting more education and confidence when working with individuals experiencing autonomic dysfunction and related conditions.
Steady Path Education was built to provide clear, compassionate, and practical learning opportunities that help people feel more informed, empowered, and supported.
Because education shouldn't feel overwhelming. And managing a chronic illness shouldn't be something you have to do alone.
-
