hi, i’m amy.

I’m a physiotherapist, educator, business owner, and potsie myself!

Like many people navigating chronic illness, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to search for answers, sort through conflicting information, and try to understand what is happening within your body. I also know the impact that practical education, supportive healthcare, and the right tools can have on building confidence and improving quality of life.

Steady Path Education was created to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and lived experience.

My goal is to provide practical, evidence-informed education that helps individuals, families, and healthcare professionals better understand POTS, Dysautonomia, and related invisible illnesses.
