meet amy

Hi, I'm Amy — a physiotherapist, educator, and person living with POTS and Dysautonomia.

My passion for this area comes from both professional experience and personal understanding. Through my work as a physiotherapist and my own journey navigating chronic illness, I've seen how challenging it can be to find clear, practical, and trustworthy information.

I created Steady Path Education to bridge the gap between evidence-informed healthcare and lived experience. My goal is to help individuals, families, and healthcare professionals better understand POTS, Dysautonomia, and invisible illnesses through accessible education, practical tools, and supportive resources.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or looking to expand your clinical knowledge, I'm passionate about helping you take the next steady step forward.
